How often is the Jeujouet website updated?

Our website is updated each time we add a new brand, or new products, or every time there is a change in the stock availability or the price of product.

Do you have a printed version of your catalogue?

No. We do not have a paper catalogue because as soon as we printed it it would be out of date given that new items are added on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

How are your products selected?

We only work with manufacturers who have a history of producing beautiful innovative products. We believe in quality, innovative design which is why we only sell toys and gifts which are both educational and will be played with for hours.

We also sell products that we like and think match with the spirit and style of our shop.

How do I know where my order is?

When your order is shipped, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. The tracking number on the email will allow you to track the delivery of your order on our courier’s website.

Can I be sent an invoice?

The invoice is not sent in the parcel. You will be able to print it directly from our website, under the “Account” section, then select “ view my orders”. This can be viewed as soon as you receive the email informing you that your order has been shipped.

I have a promotion code or a gift voucher, how do I use it?

If you have a valid promotion code or a gift voucher for jeujouet.co.uk, it can be used during the period which it is valid.

Once you have selected the products you want to order, click on “checkout”, you will be then redirected to a summary page. On this page, select “promotion code or gift voucher” and insert the code in the tick box.

Please note that our codes have a limited date of validity and can only work under specific conditions. For instance, some codes work with a minimum purchase amount, or with items from a specific brand.

Can an order be delivered to a different address?

If the billing and shipping addresses are the same, select “Shipping address same as billing address”.

If you or the recipient are not at home to receive the delivery, you will be left a card letting you know that the delivery was attempted. From that day, you will have 15 days to pick up your order at your local post office.
